Ghulam Hussain holds Masters Degree in English language and literature from BZU Multan. He has been teaching English Language, Communication Skills, Report writing, functional English and creative writing in reputed institutes for last Eight years. He served as lecturer in English Language in Higher education department of the Punjab. He has qualified CSS once and PMS twice and got allocated in PMS-2019. He has struggled hard to get his aspired dream of joining civil service materialized and worked in various capacities in JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), Higher Education, Finance, ASF, and S&GAD. He has an ample experience of working in public and private sector in the fields of coordination, inspection, accounting and teaching. He is serving in Government of The Punjab as Assistant Commissioner (PMS) and also he is associated with the Study River academy for teaching English language. Ghulam Hussain is a staunch believer in hard work, perseverance, time management and dedication.
